HRT Contractors, LLC was originally founded as Taylor & Taylor, LLC in 2005 and then HRT Realty, LLC in 2008. Currently, HRT Contractors, LLC is headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina, and is licensed in the state of South Carolina with reciprocity in several southeastern states.

With over 20 years of combined construction and real estate experience, HRT Contractors, LLC has renovated, built, leased, managed, or sold over 50 real estate projects within the southeast. 

We put total quality in every step of the construction process from land acquisition, permits, cost of materials, highly skilled tradesmen, and sales through our in-house brokerage team. We focus on the small details that keep project completion timely, cost-effective, and efficient. Using both in-house contractors and tradesmen as well as subcontractors and sub-suppliers, we can accommodate the entire chain of production resources that is required in the management of the construction process. This model allows us to underpin our position in the industry as a stable and independent company within the local market.
